It seems to be bricked due to being rooted or modified, try to reset it to factory mode or take it to the store - technical service.

I have problems with my Galaxy note 2, it only goes to the black boot screen where it says «glaxy note 2» and it just stays there and doesn't go forward from there, help friends, I'm desperate 🙁 I already did all the steps of the resets with the buttons physical
