Check Samsung Galaxy S4 notification led

El Samsung Galaxy S4 incorporates a notification light, to notify the user visually about events such as the arrival of SMS text messages, whatsapp, calendar alarm, facebook notification, twitter, google+, among others. When we have any doubt as to whether this LED and its different colors work correctly, we can carry out a test to verify its proper functioning.

Previously we saw on the cover and in the guides section of the Samsung Galaxy S4, several procedures among them, the first steps with the mobile, Reset it to factory mode, activate battery percentage, update via Wi-Fi, to the latest android version, among others.

Videos with the notification LED test, which you can see below, you can also consult them on our channel all androids on youtube, where you can subscribe, if you consider our content interesting.

In the video, we use the phone call app to enter the code  * # 0 * # , with which we enter the menu of different tests of the Samsung Galaxy S4.

This menu presents a good number of options through buttons, with which to test many other components of the phone, sensors for temperature, pressure, humidity, height, accelerometer, light sensor, speakers, front and rear camera, lighting of screen, touch capacity of the screen, vibration, sleed mode, among others.

Once the notification LED has been verified, we will be sure that it is working properly. If we find that the notification does not appear when we receive notifications, it means that the app in question is not properly configured.

    Consults
With prior cordial greeting, although it is not an issue related to the S4, I would like to tell you that I have a 2″ Samsung Tab 10.1 tablet, about 15 days ago I received a notification to update the Android version, which I accepted and updated, after that process the tablet no longer turns off. When I want to turn it off, it does the processes but it starts or turns on again, which causes discomfort because the tablet stays on all day and every day, I will be grateful if you can give me a solution.
    Atte.
