It has happened to all of us at some point of not finding our mobile, even if we have it right in front of our noses. To avoid this, we have discovered the application Clap to Find my Phone. It is an app that recognizes when we clap in the vicinity of the smartphone, causing the music we want to play or the flash to jump.
This way, it will reappear before we get to worry.
Clap to Find my Phone, clap your hands to find your mobile phone
Quite a show when you clap
What this application does when we clap our hands is make a call at full volume, vibrate and make the flash go off, so that we can easily find our smartphone.
Of course, for this it will ask us for permission to access both the microphone (to detect clapping) and the camera (to make the flash pop) and file storage (to play the music). So many permissions can be a bit scary, but in reality it does not ask us for anything that it will not need.
Many options at your disposal
To start with, you need to set the sensitivity to which the mobile will jump. You can program it to sound at the slightest clap or when you clap harder.
You can also manage the number of claps that you will have to give so that the mobile recognizes it as a warning that you are looking for it. And, if you don't want to wake up the whole house at a given moment, Clap to Find my Phone also has an option that will allow you to program a schedule within which the application will work correctly. You can also set a Do Not Disturb mode to prevent the app from working at times when it might be annoying to us. The idea is that, being a very noisy application, it works only when we want it to.
Another option you have is to configure the elements that jump when we clap to your liking, that is, you can choose if you want it to just sound, just skip the flash or do it all at once.
