Using the VOLUME DOWN button, we will move through the phone menu until we select FACTORY DATA RESET. Then we press the POWER button to select it.
Use the volume button again to hover over the “Yes” and “Delete all user data” option.
4º- Reset the Samsung S4Active (entering a code)
Finally, if none of the previous options are viable, through the phone application enter the following bar code:
