If you are a user of Twitter, most likely you have ever gotten up in the middle of a sleepless night and you have started to consult the social network from bed. But the reality is that the light of the in the dark, it can be annoying for you and especially for those who sleep with you in the same bed or room.
To avoid this type of problem, in the new Android app for the social network, we will find the Night Mode, designed especially for reading in the dark, for insomniac tweeters.
Twitter launches night mode for Android
darker colors
La app of Twitter is characterized by its white and light blue colors, very characteristic of the social network. But when we activate the night mode, this will change completely, since the white will give way to a dark gray much more comfortable to not strain your eyes in the dark.
Activated by quick setting
The button with which we will activate the night mode of Twitter, will be found in the tool sidebar of the application, the same in which we can, for example, consult our profile. This will be a quick setting, so we can easily turn it on and off.
At the end of the day, it is that we use it only at night or when we are in the dark, so if the option was too hidden, it wouldn't make much sense.
At the moment, only for some users
So far, Twitter's night mode is only available in a beta that has been released to some users randomly.
It is expected that, over the next few weeks, this novelty will be extended until it reaches all users of the social network. But those of us who haven't been able to test it yet will have to wait for Twitter to be encouraged to release it in order to use it.
